Resources

Templates, masterclasses and guidance for building and sustaining a LERO — most of it made by LEROs.

From CLERO

Policies & procedures library

Around 30 policy and procedure templates, produced with the OHID-funded LERO Capacity Building Project from the collective experience of the board and members. Each document gives you what you need to build your own suite as your LERO grows — the organisational infrastructure your staff and volunteers need.

Members only. Sign in to download; we email members when a template is updated.

Research

We support LEROs to develop expertise in peer research. Our Peer Research Training Programme has been piloted successfully: people in recovery who complete it can measure how well their LERO fits the standards, building skills and adding value to the host organisation at the same time. Over time we hope CLERO membership becomes a badge of excellence and a community of learning.
